2. Have your six-digit employee ID number handy (if you use it to sign into Okta):
Your employee ID number, which is personal to you and shouldn’t be shared with others, will be needed to log into the system and attain your personal Workday account.
Do you need to find your six-digit employee ID number?
- Find it on your paystub, in the text box next to your name. (Reminder: You can view your paystub in PeopleManager.)
- Check your ID badge (varies by location)
- Call the HR Help Desk
3. COMING SOON – Download the Workday app for Apple or Android:
You will be able to use the Workday on your mobile device – as the best-in-class system is available on desktop and mobile platforms. Detailed information on how to log into our system will be shared via email towards the end of December, before the launch.
